My name is Sharon and welcome to Wølv Collars !
I have always loved dogs, got my first doggy when I was just 19 years old. It was the cutest boxer by the name Cassius Clay.
When I turned 27 , I felt ready to take on a new doggy and fully give him/her what he/she needed and so Shadow came into my life.
We trained really hard and because he was so special to me I wanted to give him gear that no other doggy had.
I started researching for waterproof materials because early on it was pretty clear that Shadow loved water action.
My search ended when I found Biothane and so we started creating.
In the beginning I created collars and leashes purly for myself and Shadow. I was still working fulltime as a project engineer and I loved my job very very much!
Suddenly we got noticed on instagram and we got request to make collars and leashes for other doggies. In the first few weeks of Wølv Collars we actually already had international orders which made me extremely happy and humbled.
Wølv kept growing and so did we! We got to meet so many interesting people and dog owners.
In 2021 I also adopted Lumi, and she was the inspiration behind our Forever collars + the reason I started Wølv it forward
I want to help as many dogs in need as possible.
All 3 of us live in Belgium and make 'home-made' collars for dogs. I still work part time, the other half of my week I make every collar with love and passion. We do not yet have an physical store but hopefully in the future we will ( keep an eye out for 2023!!) !
