How to choose the right size

Make sure your printer' scale settings are at 100%. Once you have printed the sheets, you simply have to cut and tape the right pieces together before you can try on your dog's neck to see what fits best.

How to clean your Wolv Gear


Unlike leather our collars love water and they are so easy to clean, a caveman could do it.

Take a bucket of water - warm or cold, adding a bit of dish soap , swish your gear around in the water ( try to keep the buckle out of the water ).

Rinse and allow to air dry.


Please note that no collar is indestructible, so check them regularly for wear and replace when necessary.

Wølv collars cannot be held liable for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by its products.


Note : our buckles are not made out of stainless steel , this  means that when the buckles get scratches they could rust in combination with water.

Please be aware of this and be carefull when handling the buckles.


Our products are shipped from Belgium. After we have recieved your payment it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for us to process your order. When your order is ready we will inform you via email and ship it to your address. We use Bpost (Belgian postal service) to ship our products. Please note that your package(s) will be handed to the postal service of your country upon entry. For orders outside the EU: your country may charge import taxes.


See the table below for the list of countries we ship to and shipping rates. Your package can be sent with or without tracking. The prices in the right column are the prices with tracking. Shipping within Belgium always includes tracking.

How long it will take to receive your package depends on where you are from. For regular shipping please follow the times shown below.

Returns & Warranty

If the item doesn't fit, you have 14 days from receiving the item to contact us. Custom orders will not be returned since they are made according to your wishes.


Please contact us via and attatch the RMA form. Please fill in this form as completely as possible. After contacting us you will receive further instructions.


Terms of return

Items must be in their original packaging and may not contain any traces of use.

If on return we find that the product is stained, worn, contains hair, smells dirty or has been washed and there is a fall in value, you will only receive a partial reimbursement equal to the products value with the damages.

Customs orders can't be returned since they are made to your wishes and are not salable afterwards.


Costs of return

We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor refund original shipping costs for any return.

Please check prices of shipment with your local postal service.

Bpost rate is 5,95€ within Belgium.

The purchase amount will be reimbursed as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after receipt ( If all terms of return are valid ).


Please be aware that all items are handmade and each may have slight imperfections and variations that add to the uniqueness of each item.



All our products have a standard 2 year warranty. If your product breaks within this period please contact us via

Warranty only applies to faulty products. Damage caused by your own negligence will not apply.

If the defect is covered by warranty we will reimburse your shipping costs and repair the product for you. If reparation isn't possible you will receive a new prodcut or a full reimbursement

Privacy Policy

Wølv collars treats your data as confidential information and will never pass it on, rent it out or sell it to third parties.

You can retrieve, correct, change or delete your data Wølv collars safes in the customer list at any time.

If you have subscribed to the newsletter, you always have the option to unsubscribe.


The customer is responsible for keeping his login details confidential and the use of his password. Your password is stored encrypted Wølv collars therefore has no access to your password.


Wølv collars strictly respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data. You have access via your user profile to all of the available data about you on Wølv collars for consultation, modification or deletion.


Wølv collars keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics in order to view which pages of the website are visited and to what extent. If you have questions about this privacy statement feel free to Contact Wølv collars.


Participation in Workshops


Article 1: Registration via the Website


You can register for workshops via the Website. You will receive an invoice. Your registration is only confirmed once we have received your payment. As soon as we receive a completed registration form, we register you as present. From this point, you are liable for any cancellation fees. See also Article 3.

You will receive an invoice with a final payment date. We ask that you pay the amount by this date to save us a lot of extra administration and additional costs for you (reminder emails, and possibly a surcharge if you have not paid after 3 reminders).

Be sure to add the email address to your 'desired emails and contacts' as emails sometimes end up in the spam folder. Check your spam if you do not see the email arriving.


Article 2: Registration via Email or During Workshops


Alternatively, you can register via email at Be sure to include your phone number in your registration email. You will always receive a confirmation of your registration by email, with an invitation to pay the registration fee. If the workshop is already full, you will be notified by email within 3 days of your registration.

You can also register for a follow-up workshop during a workshop. Your verbal registration is then binding. You will always receive a confirmation of your registration by email, with an invitation to pay the registration fee.

Once the registration fee is transferred to the account BE of Wølv Collars, your registration is definitive and your spot guaranteed.

If you want to ensure a spot, it is best to transfer early, as the 'first-come, first-served' principle applies.

If you register at the last minute, meaning within 4 days before the start of the workshop, it is best to contact Sharon by phone at 0472/41.34.72 to check if there is still space. Upon agreement, an invoice is immediately prepared and emailed to the client with a request to transfer immediately.


Article 3: Cancellation or Rescheduling of Workshops


Since Wølv Collars can only admit a limited number of participants per workshop (the number of available places will be indicated on the website to ensure quality and personal depth), a strict cancellation policy is applied.

Once registered for a workshop, rescheduling or cancellation and thus refund is not possible.

We also charge a cancellation fee of 40 euros (administration costs and part in the costs already incurred) as soon as you have filled out the registration form, your place is reserved. You will then receive a credit note for the balance (workshop cost - cancellation fees).

The planning and organization of workshops involve a lot of administration and costs. These must be borne by Wølv Collars, whether participants show up on the day of the workshop or not.

Exceptions to this rule are a courtesy, not an entitlement, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Possible courtesy arrangements in case of force majeure (e.g., accidents or hospitalization) include rescheduling to a subsequent workshop. Costs already incurred will still be charged (e.g., hourly rate for setting up personal profiles, email traffic, printing costs, rental of the venue, etc.).

Wølv Collars has the ability to cancel workshops in the event of force majeure (events beyond Wølv Collars’ control) or illness of the trainer. The client will be informed as soon as possible. Refund is not possible; a new date for the workshop or event will be scheduled for the client to attend.
